Say, I like this blog. Contains all the essential elements to make my day: tags, nice layout, regular updates, multiple editors, …
insideTonic was started in the early days of 2007 as a place to open up the discussion about software and its impact on our daily lives. Sitting on top of Softonic, an archive of over 55,000 free and commercial applications, insideTonic offers original, expert writing covering software news, reviews, help, advice and tips.
The same editors who have reviewed thousands of applications and who scour the net to keep Softonic up-to-date, bring their experience to a new format that allows for a broader discussion surrounding the central idea that software is an essential part of our daily lives.

Google has added Street View to their Google Maps. They drove a van/Beetle around a few major cities and took a 360 degree view of the street.
I cam across this view of Pac Bell Park in San Francisco:

This demonstrates that the photos of this part of San Francisco was taken the week of April 22nd, when Barry Bonds was at 740 career home runs, 15 home runs away from breaking Hank Aaron’s all-time mark of 755 home runs.

flickrvision beta
flickrvision lets you watch users uploading photos live. The map view shows where the user is uploading from and a small snapshot of the photo is displayed over the location. Clicking on the photo reveals a larger version in the center of the screen while map continues to update in the background. Clicking on a user name takes you to the users profile on flickr.
There is something so strange, so voyeuristic and so addictive about this tool…

I like this…More than a simple photo album and an image host, a beautiful example of flash technology for the masses. Picturetrail allows you to display your pix in some very cool slideshows on web albums, web pages and even blogs.

The categories presented is comprehensive, ranging from System Utilities, Communications, File Sharing, File Management, Productivity, Music, Photos, Video and many more.
I have not had time to digest it all as my daily schedule is so busy these days…Would love to have comments/feedback on the freeware reviews.

Zamzar
I haven’t had opportunity to use this site much but if it works as advertised it is a fantastic tool. Zamzar will convert between a large array of file formats including most of the image, video, sound, and word processing formats. Just select your file, the format you want it converted to, and enter your e-mail address; and the converted file is e-mailed to you.

The Photographer’s Right
Intellectual property attorney Bert P. Krages II has developed a on page pdf file detailing the rights of photographers. He encourages photographers to make copies and carry them in their wallet, pocket, or camera bag for quick access.
Confrontations that impair the constitutional right to make images are becoming more common. To fight the abuse of your right to free expression, you need to know your rights to take photographs and the remedies available if your rights are infringed.
